I am PJ Cannon Jr., theRASTApreneur — a creative business strategist, brand builder, and cultural

As Marketing Director (independent consultant), I led brand strategy and campaign execution for the
legendary label home of Jill Scott, Kindred the Family Soul, and the iconic UNWRAPPED album series
— a label that has worked with President Barack Obama and Stevie Wonder. During my tenure, I
expanded Hidden Beach’s cultural footprint into digital markets.
Rastafari JAMS Reggae Radio
A global cultural platform celebrating 11 years of continuous operation, with nearly 30,000 monthly
listeners and 750K+ combined followers across all platforms (@RastafariJAMS). As founder and
program director, I oversee brand growth, partnership strategy, content programming, and
monetization through advertising and cultural sponsorship.
Integrity Talent Management Group (ITMG)
Built and scaled a multi-faceted management and consulting agency representing Grammy-nominated and platinum-certified talent,
securing major label placements, brand partnerships, and national tours
while helping artists establish ownership frameworks for their intellectual property.
DLOW – “Betcha Can’t Do It Like Me”
Developed and executed the viral campaign that launched the #DoItLikeMeChallenge, earning 131
million YouTube views, a Platinum RIAA certification, and a 13-week run on the Billboard Hot
100, peaking at #15 independently — no label, no radio push, no marketing budget. 100% powered
by creative digital strategy.
The Future Kings – America’s Got Talent / Netflix’s Honey 4: Rise Up and Dance
Developed and implemented a creative growth strategy that transitioned the group from dancers into
full recording artists. Helped establish their foundation in publishing and rights management by
setting up their PRO registrations as writers and publishers, shifting their focus from dancing over
others’ music to creating original works. Guided them to breakout appearances on America’s Got
Talent and in the Netflix film Honey 4: Rise Up and Dance. The strategies I implemented became the
framework that helped them later generate over 100 million cumulative YouTube views.
Kosine (14x Grammy-Nominated Producer)
Developed a multi-channel personal brand architecture merging music, mentorship, and media —
including live residencies, documentary production (ReWrite Ya Life), and educational initiatives —
positioning Kosine as both creative icon and global entrepreneur.
Josh David Barrett (The Wailers / 2x Grammy-Nominated Reggae Artist)
Reestablished his solo career and leadership with Judah Tribe, celebrating 20 years of roots and
Rastafari culture. Directed rebranding and strategic development following his seven-year tenure
(2015–2022) as the lead singer of The Wailers, positioning his solo and group efforts as global
cultural movements grounded in spirituality and purpose.
Kristina Oselsky (Singer-Songwriter & Model)
Crafted an integrated investment and brand growth strategy combining music, modeling, and brand
partnerships — aligning artistry with entrepreneurship through diversified revenue streams.
Teagan Brooke (Plus-Size Model & Influencer)
Negotiated and secured a brand ambassador partnership with Joe’s Jeans, expanding Teagan
Brooke’s visibility and opportunities within the plus-size modeling industry.
